I do yoga to feel better in my body.

Practicing yoga has been my morning routine for 4 months since it is a great way to start my day.

Do I feel better? Yes, definitely.

Has my body changed for the better? Yes, I notice it.

A yoga mat is a wonderful small space to get out of the brain.

Yoga to feel your body better and wake you up!

 

 

Pretty yoga mat and clothes are essential to motivate me because then I get into the right frame of mind.

Plus feels much better with them. 🙂


I use this yoga video a couple of days a week.
